How it works
Check the part before you order
Match the exact part number and vehicle specification. Confirm the condition, what is included and the delivery and return terms.
For new and used parts
Ask for clear photos of the actual item, including its labels and any wear or damage. Check the model year, engine and relevant component codes. A vehicle badge alone does not confirm that a part fits.
For service kits
Provide the service reminder or workshop parts list, together with your vehicle details. Check oil and fluid approvals, quantities and each part number before approving the kit.
Keep a record
Keep the listing, agreed contents and order details. Check the delivered items and report missing, damaged or incorrect parts with photos.
Planned payment process
Customers will pay through Rapid Parts. Suppliers will receive an order payment record before dispatch.
After delivery
Confirming receipt will approve payment release. Otherwise, release will be approved 48 hours after independently verified delivery if no dispute is open. Provider processing times will apply.
If there is a problem
An open dispute will pause release while our team reviews the order and delivery evidence. A supplier marking an order dispatched will not start the 48-hour window.
Payment collection, delivery verification and automatic release are being built. They are not active in this preview.
